Fareri Associates is an amazing organization. Quality developers, builders and PEOPLE. Their many years of support for local charities like Friends of Karen, and the Maria Fareri Childrens Hospital is greatly appreciated by all. They set a high bar for demonstrating their concern and sensitivity for the communities they join. I am honored to share my support for these fine people and would welcome them into our community.

We have worked with Gateway Development/Fereri Associates for many years providing kitchens for their projects. Its been a pleasure working with such talented group, they are incredibly proficient and make each project new and exciting. Working with Many developers over the years and Fereri Association are by far the most organize and top notch in every aspect. I look forward to working together for many years to come.

We provide Structural and Geotechnical Engineering for Fareri Associates. The mission that drives this company is amazing, and it really unites everyone to work together as a team to provide the best services.

Would be 0 stars but apparently not an option.... Absolutely terrible landlord. They have 0 respect for their current tenants. Doing construction on your office building is great for people who will be tenants in the future, but drilling, blasting, and jackhammering while current tenants are trying to work is completely unacceptable. They are unwilling to make any compromises or adjustments to their construction schedule.

I have supplied and installed fireplaces for Fareri Associates for decades and I can honestly say that they are absolute professionals and a true pleasure to work/do business with . A top notch operation with top notch people.
