Fallwood Apartments

The leasing agent was very friendly. But the additional fees should be listed on the website to avoid luring people into scheduling a tour of the property. Property is very quiet. But I didn’t complete the tour because the additional fees added to the rent was too high for a 2 bedroom apartment.

I loved the apartments Tyler was very helpful and detailed answering any question I had would 100% recommend

I use to live at Fallwood yeeeeears ago. You know what got me to lease here ? Lol the kitchen that my apartment had, there was a built in griddle that was included , near the stove. I just LOVED that feature , so I signed the lease. ALSO, there was a nice tennis court that me and my boyfriend used a lot. The area is nice also, right across from Fall Creek trails.

Fallwood apartments are slowly but surely improving! I love the upgrades and I appreciate the changes that have been made in the community. I really like the new management. You can tell she truly cares about the tenants. The maintenance Gary & Dary are the best! They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. They stay on top maintenance orders. And go above and beyond to get to the bottom of any problems that I’ve encountered in my apartment.

I can't really say that I had any bad experiences while I was there. I was lied to by the previous management my first 3 or 4 years there. I kept being offered free carpet cleaning every year if I signed my lease early but it never happened. Other than that, maintenance was always prompt in anything they had to fix like my first year there, my furnace went out and the management did supply me with space heaters because they had to order a new furnace. I really don't have anything bad to say. I am happy that there is new management there. I am going to miss my apartment because I loved the way that it was made up and the location. I love my new house even more tho.I have to say that Falwood Apartments was a nice place to call home.
