Falls at Settlers Walk

Horrible experiences from the beginning. Mold in the fridge. On day 3, our ac started leaking. Leaked for almost an entire year. Only got fixed because I showed up to the office 9 months pregnant demanding it needed fixing. Ant problem in spring, opened maintenance ticket. Tickets kept getting closed without any reason or call. But they did email my husband to tell me to stop opening tickets because ants are not a problem for maintenance. Problems with the heat this past winter. Had to have heaters on constantly. Maintenance would drop off two heaters for our two bedroom apt. And then ask for a heater back because another apt was having problems with their heater too. Tried to tell me our heater was working fine and that the temp dropping 10 degrees at night was normal, I fought for mainte

Would give zero stars if possible. Where to begin...we had water leaking through our ceiling for a week straight without stopping, they refused to answer my messages or send maintenance to look at it. Myself, my wife, and newborn haven't been able to live there for two weeks due to mold growth. Last year our neighbors water heater broke and leaked through our shared wall, partially flooding pur living room. They blamed us for it. Our garage ceiling leaked and they never came and fixed it or looked at it, eventually it stopped on its own and we just live with it. But now it's our living room (one bedroom apartment-so the living room is half our living space) now unlivable. Management says there isn't mold and we should move back. Stuck in lease until april. Nightmare apartments AVOID AT ALL

Apartments are spacious with nice size garages. Market as "luxury" but nothing besides size is upgraded. Appliances are low end, I have had to have both toilets and tubs fixed as well as the kitchen sink. They allow smoking which permitted into neighboring apartments- causing allergy attacks and smell on everything! Dog park is closed indefinitely. Office team is pleasant but office not open after work- so difficult to get packages. Overall it's safe but not luxury! Windows and doors do not have airtight seals- means cold air coming in and heat bill increasing to try and be warm!!!

Only thing luxury about this place is the rent prices. This is a photo taken in mid July of a hot tub that’s been broken and unaddressed for months now. Just one example of a luxury amenity that’s non existent. There’s nothing luxury about your garage doors opening when someone else uses their remote and vice versa. Maintenance has gone severely downhill so good luck getting your needs addressed here. Better management could be found at your local fast food joint too. They will try to delete or scrub this review as they do with anything negative but stay far away from this place. Would NOT recommend

The Falls are an incredible place to live. The apartments are beautiful and modern. Very Up to date. The apartments all have large windows for lots of sun to come thru. They have great balconies to watch the sunset. The best part is your own garage that is attached to your apt. WOW! that was really the selling point for me. They also have Walk in closets, Black modern stove, re frig, and dishwasher. Its a great and wonderful apartment complex. Now the bad points. Only one way in so traffic can be hard deal with. I hate the tanning bed. It is old and small. I am a big guy and I can barely get in it. The work out center is like what you would find at a cheap motel. Treadmills and some tiny dumbbells.
