I would definitely not recommend this apartment. You are better off not renting here. The landlord does not care about the apartment, if a pipe breaks it will be broken for days. The landlord will also not give your deposit back. We left this place clean and now the landlord doesn't want to respond for our deposit. There is spiders and other bugs in this apartment. The apartments are very undone. So that's why we left.
