Choosing a place to call home is a big decision, but the team at Fairway at Southshore made it the easiest one we’ve ever made. ​From the very first tour, Brya, Daniella, and Hope in the leasing office were phenomenal. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process, answering every question with a smile. Since moving in, that support hasn’t wavered—they truly go above and beyond to make us feel like we belong here. ​A huge shoutout to the maintenance team as well! I've lived in my fair share of apartments and I've never met more friendly team than this group at the Fairways. Their friendliness is genuine unlike some places that are friendly just long enough for you to sign a lease. The same goes for the maintenance team. They are super friendly and helpful, not to mention their quick response to repairs or emergencies. It's a large complex located next to a beautiful golf course creating some nice scenery. There are two pools, a hot tub, basketball court, pool table, ping pong table and decent a gym to give you plenty of stuff to do. I'm not going to say everything is absolutely perfect with the complex, but show me a complex that is. Overall this is a great little place to hang your hat. Come by and check them out.

I’ve lived here for about 2 years now moving from apartment to apartment and I’ve always had the best experience with the management team. I want to speak on my recent experience getting my tv mount put onto the wall by Irving. He did such an amazing job and was so warm and welcoming. I always recommend people to move here. :)

My time at the Fairways has been nothing less than blissful. The property is consistently maintained, the maintenance crew responds that day (even on holidays), and the front office is just impeccable. Friendliness mixed with the perfect level of professionalism and patience for their tenants. On a personal note, I thoroughly enjoy the full grow oak trees and crepe myrtles next to the golf course
