Fairways Apartments

I was told over the phone by the leasing office that month to month rentals and shorter term leases were an option. Filled out the application which had the option to change the lease duration. Only to be called and say the shortest they offer is 6 months. Called the leasing manager who said they haven't done shorter leases in years and she couldn't do anything about the $40. Waste of time and money.

The day I moved in I had to fill out a list of things that was wrong with the apartment or things they had not yet completed. Since last year only a faceplate had been put in the electrical outlet, and the list was lengthy. Maintenance is good. Wasps and hornets are a huge problem during the summer time. My apartment was “renovated” last year due to the last person leaving it in horrible condition. Door knobs were put on backwards, they didn’t wash the walls from the smoke build up, just painted over them (there’s been what seems to be oil seeping through the paint), the top frame missing to my bathroom entrance, the screen fell off my window literally months ago and has never been fixed, and truthfully the list could go on but I really don’t want to type it all. I would not move here if you’re thinking about it. Reason being they have just raise the rent these apartments are not worth what they’re wanting for them now I just had to sign another year lease this will be my last lease they raised my rent by $125 more a month. There has been no updates to these apartments the refrigerators are extremely small there is no good storage. There are no balconies for privacy. The apartments across the way are new with Granite counter tops all stainless steel appliances fireplace square footage is more they have balconies and storage they also have a 24 hour gym for just $90 more.

I had my car broken into here. I had my car backed into here. Parking was absolutely the worst. And it was over priced rent. If they would just put up cameras and keep the gate working it'd be okay.

Do NOT! I MEAN DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE. THEY WILL LIE TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY UNLESS YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING. THESE APARTMENTS HAVE GONE DOWN SINCE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT. I DIDN'T FEEL SAFE AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE NOISE NEIGHBORS MAKE. ( have everything in writing no matter what they say. They will rip you off. Your word against there's and write their names down) I will never step foot in these sorry APARTMENTS again
