Fairway Glen II Apartments

I've loved here for 1 1/2 years. Since week 1 I've been being harassed about guests. These guests being generally family and a close friend or 2. Never usually staying the night maybe staying late occasionally but I'm a 2nd/3rd shifter. The apartments, price, and maintence guy is great!! The manager however is a bored old lady and has spy friends who think they know it all. I do not recommend unless you love and perfect love or and elderly. I could not love my normal single mom life in this complex. I struggle daily and on top of my daily struggles I was harassed for simple living my life here. My kids were to loud. I wasn't allowed to have babysitters watch my kids I was told apartment living wasn't for me. I even asked to moved downstairs to solve issues and was denied. Just putting my s

Just saw this truck barreling through St. Johns. Obviously local laws do not apply to this company. If they are willing to break laws so flagrantly, perhaps they would not adhere to all regulations according to their job. This was not a simple "going faster than the posted limit". This was a careless, wreckless act of needing to get ahead of someone. It was NOT a good situation that I encountered.

Worst maintenance and management I've seen. Issues with apartments not fixed when reported several times a month before, apartments not even ready for tenants to move in, apartment manager telling tenants to re-light there own water heaters if they go out (which puts liabiliity on the tenants if something goes wrong)... phone calls and texts sent weekly for maintenance concerns and a month later, NONE of the issues have been fixed. I would not recommend these headaches to ANYONE!
