As someone who knows nothing about homes and home paperwork, I was so happy a friend recommended Acker. I worked with Julie and she was very kind to my family and our situation. Also the receptionist Crystal (I think her name is) was always so nice on the phone with my many questions. I highly recommend working with Acker, and I’ll be working with them with any future needs. Anne Simmons handled two vacant lot closings for me. As always they were seamless. Anytime I have a closing in or around Greenville I choose Acker because of the friendliness and professionalism.

They had ample opportunity to close and never seemed to be able to get it,done even when the lender said we were clear to close! Resulting in multiple delays and finally me requesting a different title company. It felt like they were unwilling to stay late on a Friday past 4pm and do what needed to be done. My appointment was for 4pm. Didn't bother to call me until 30 minutes before closing to tell me ,"sorry we can't do this today. When according to my loan originator the email sent at a little after 2pm to my mortgage company said "unable to close on client's desired date." I would not recommend using this title company. I gave a one star because I can't go lower!

The staff were amazing. Buying in Greenville was super easy and they walked me right through the process. I felt comfortable asking questions and everything happened very timely!

Always excellent service. I have had 7 closings with them. Always able to get my title insurance to go through, even for foreclosure sales. Always patient and able to explain all the fees and services.
