Central Park Apartments

I lived here for just over 3 years and I loved my experience. There’s a beautiful trail that leads right to the lake! Becca is incredibly kind and was always very responsive. Any time I needed maintenance (which was rare, everything is new) they were right on top of it. Rick is so nice! I’m so grateful for the team at this complex. I had to move quite urgently and they were understanding and very accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say about Central Park!

We had an overall great time living here. Family of 6 with a cat and dog living on the second floor was alright, I would’ve preferred the bottom floor. Rick the maintenance guy is awesome, he’s a great friend of ours and is always willing to help. Management was always good. Rebecca and Abbi were always happy to help. The mailroom was a nice feature, just sucked carrying a bunch of packages back to your apartment. It’s got nice trail and woods behind with a dog park. The dog park is only nice at dusk when nobody else is there. The annoying things: PARKING. I can’t stress this enough, the parking is atrocious here. There aren’t enough spots for even the residents to park here. Neighbors. You may get a terrible neighbor, we did, and it made the experience worse here. We got a complaint for m

Nice apartments. Clean and they have so many appliances including a dish washer. They have a lot of space and great water pressure also. Definitely worth the money. A lot less things to worry about like I did when I had a house with my ex wife. As soon as I found out I needed a new place to live they responded quick and was able to help me out in a very difficult situation in a very quick pace. Im grateful these apartments are here. It would have been a struggle to find something this fast.

This complex is by far the best that I lived in while in the greater Grand Rapids area. The prior community we were in was very poorly managed, and the difference from there to Central Park was night and day; Becca and her team did a phenomenal job for us from move in until move out. The entire community and its buildings are new, so in our apartment we didn't run into too many breaks/issues although there were a few minor incidents that came up. Maintenance generally resolved those in a timely manner and the staff was always kind. The surrounding area is beautiful and being right along a multi-mile, well maintained trail was great for us and our dog. The dog park additions were also superb and give a lot of room to run around. I’ve been living here for almost 2 months and i love it so far. The apartment is brand new with a full size washer/dryer in the bathroom, giant windows, and a huge balcony. Staff is nice and helpful and it’s great to be super close to the walking trail, the lake, and shopping.
