Fairport Ridge Luxury Apartments

I recently had the opportunity to tour Fairport Ridge, the newest real-estate development in the Corning Elmira area and I was thoroughly impressed. The quality of construction and finishing is fantastic. The layouts are well thought out and very functional. Over the past two years I’ve had the privilege of getting to know the Mosso Team at their other development, Strawberry Flats. I’ve rented various places over the years and in my opinion, these ‘homes’ are simply the best value and quality in the area. To top it off, Tony and his team truly provide first-class service to every tenant and are a pleasure to rent from.

We could not be more pleased with our Fairport Ridge apartment home. These are true “luxury” apartments designed for comfortable and care-free living. Ours definitely feels more like a home than an apartment. The interior craftsmanship is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and modern, and storage space is plentiful. We especially love the large kitchen and excellent appliances, quality wood floors throughout, walk-in master shower, and a huge master closet. After downsizing from decades of owning our own home, we thoroughly appreciate the Mosso family and staff’s professional and meticulous care of the lawn/landscaping and snow removal. The Mosso team truly cares about their tenants. We have only lived here just over a year but plan on calling this our home for many years to come. — Nanc

From our initial inquiry through the present, all experiences with management have been positive .The quality of design, construction and interior finishing of our unit is excellent; the attached, two-car garage is a huge bonus. The grounds are well-maintained. Responses to requests for assistance have been handled in a professional and timely manner. The apartment complex is a very nice place to live.
