Abby is one of the most professional individuals I have worked with. I'm not too sure what the 1st guy's issue is when he said that Abby doesn't text..... and then ended his comment saying he asked her to leave him alone, but that's his issue. I would trust Abby with the buying and selling of my homes all the time! She is very positive and knowledgeable of the area. I believe in meeting Abby once, you would agree. Abby Russell is unprofessional to say the least. I have interacted and bought two houses and sold one with Abby. During both experiences Abby ignored multiple important texts regarding home sales and purchases for days to a week at a time despite multiple requests and texts asking about the same information. Abby does not understand the basics of contracts and does not care about anyone except herself when it comes to house sales and purchases. She will try to pressure you into buying houses you dont want. She will make them sound better than you think they are and she will try to convince you to sell your house lower than market price for a quick sale. She is not in this for you.
