BEWARE of annual rent increases. 2025 rent increase 8% . Explanation: “due to utility increases, budget, etc.” 2026 rent increase 7.2% Explanation: “Chemung County set a high FMV”. So, in other words, let’s take advantage of the high FMV. Arbor Housing will pick up the increase however tenants that do NOT receive Arbor Housing or any other form of assistance struggle to survive.
Never lived here but I have visited the complex and have applied. It is sooo beautiful! I moved here from New Jersey and have been trying to get an apartment with them. It is definitely my top pick! Hope to get a call from them soon.
Haven’t been inside but looks like a great place and very clean hoping to get in soon!
