Absolutely terrible service during a closing. We went into close and documents were missing. It was not until after 4:00 pm on the day of closing before they realized the documents were missing. They also would not wire the money in a timely manner despite the fact the money should have been wired on the date of closing. On a brighter note I highly recommend Clear title or Anchor Title. We have never had single issue with them!

Fairhope title is excellent! They keep everything running smoothly and always keep us in the loop! We really enjoy working with Tracy and Kristin but everyone at that office is wonderful! Definitely would recommend!
