Fairfax Circle Villa Apartments

This is a quiet and safe community that is kept well maintained and located walking distance to a variety of restaurants and amenities in Fairfax City as well as the Fairfax/Vienna metro station. Management, leasing, and maintenance staff are all extremely friendly and efficient in addressing any concerns or requests. Many of the people that work for and manage the community also live there, and have for many years, which is a testament in itself. The pool is a fabulous amenity. It is a full-size 25M pool with a lap lane available for swimmers, friendly lifeguard staff, and locker rooms. It's tucked into the center of the community and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees. Great complex. Taken care of by mgmt by as well and staff are responsive to your concerns... I enjoyed my stay. Only cons - parking is open lot. I ended up waking a lot at night from my car to get to my apt because all good spots were taken..I would say to scan the area at night and see the parking situation. Some units have limited parking then others. The noise insulation is EXTREMELY POOR . Office staff did try to work it out . I was told to call the police and keep records .. I could hear my neighbors cough thats how poor it is. But overall its a great place! Noise and parking were my setbacks..

I lived there alone for 1 year 8 months. The security and cleanliness was great. I never felt anything suspicious anytime. There was one person I noticed during night time, who tried to take care of the community. And every morning one person came to clean the premises. Then come to the lease, I signed lease for 1 year, then it was month to month flexible lease. I found this is super helpful for a student like me. Then customer service, whenever I called them for any problem, they tried to solve that immediately, moreover they frequently change the filter and do the pest control. Only one problem I would mention, during night you can hear the sound from the upper floor tenant. If you are lucky then your upper floor tenant will be considerate, otherwise you have to wake up with them :-D Oth

We've been living at Fairfax Circle Villa Apartments for two years, and overall, we’re really happy with our experience. The leasing office is very responsive and sensitive to any requests we've made, which has been great. It’s a safe and affordable place with respectful neighbors, and the peaceful, green surroundings make it feel even more pleasant. While I understand other concerns about noise isolation, it hasn't been very disturbing for us. The in-unit washer and dryer are a big plus, and the AC works well. We were also impressed with the regular insect inspections; we saw a roach once from the balcony, and the office sent an inspector the next morning—never saw one again! While I have never been a resident here, my recently deceased sister lived here for 30 years! She absolutely loved it. I’m writing to share my experience with management. I found them to be a very caring and supportive group. They have been nothing but wonderful during this difficult time for my family. They could have been cold and corporate but none of them have been. The residents of this little gem of a community are lucky to have a management team that cares so much for its residents.
