F3 Marina

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with F3 Marina. The team is friendly and easy to work with, and they’ve always been quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help. The place is clean, secure, and well run. Exactly what you want in a marina.

F3 recently took over management of our marina at Battery Park in Sandusky, OH and they have been the absolute WORST management company ever! The bathrooms aren't cleaned regularly. There is hair on the shower walls and floors that has been there all year. The 'sanitary items' disposal bins in the women's bathrooms are always FULL with used sanitary items. They don't empty the bins regularly. There are cobwebs EVERYWHERE on the Meigs Street docks. I get an email every month telling me that I need to update my insurance information, even though I verified with the manager that he DOES have the correct info. Their record keeping is not reliable at all. They are very disorganized. Owners have complained multiple times about the grounds and the bathrooms, but nothing's been done to address t

After working in the marina and yacht club industry for many decades I have to say I have never witnessed such poor people skills, dreadful customer service and absolute lack of anything resembling quality management and maintenance as I have witnessed at the F3 battery Park in Sandusky Ohio, it is shameful at best.
