Exton Crossing

The absolute best apartment experience and community i have ever had the pleasure to be apart of. Was here for almost 6 years would have stayed longer but had to relocate due to work. The management are kindest people and are so welcoming with the community events and upkeep of the community. They are very responsive, supportive and maintenance is very quick to respond and fix any issues. The community itself is beautiful and such a nice place to raise a family or just be there solo. Doesn’t feel like an apartment complex but more like a town/community. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Exton Crossing for the amazing last years and miss it already!

I’ve been saving this review for ages, but I think it’s the perfect time to share it after living in Exton Crossing for almost a year. Over the past 20 years, I’ve moved to five different states in two countries and lived in over a dozen rental properties. During that time, I started my own consulting business specializing in rental properties. Why not make money from something I love? My husband and I have lived in luxury New York City apartments, single-family homes, and multi-family apartment buildings all across the East Coast and Texas. But the only rental that truly feels like home is Exton Crossing. Even though we’re moving into our first home soon, we can’t imagine any place being as nice as it is here. My boyfriend and I adore living here. We love the gym and all the events that the main office holds! It is clean and people are more than friendly! The location is both private and in proximity to so many stores and activities! Highly recommend living here :)

I spent the past three years living in this community, and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. The apartment was top notch with features. The neighborhood is very welcoming. The community is also in the perfect geographic location to so many things - great area to live. Cannot recommend Exton Crossing more!

We have lived at Exton Crossings for over a year and have fully enjoyed our time here. For people who love nature and greenery, you cannot find a better place to live at. Just going outside our apartment feels like being in a park- fall and Spring are absolutely beautiful in the well-kept grounds here. Going on walks around the community with our baby and coming across all the nice neighbors has been a sanity saver and therapeutic through tough times. All the staff are very helpful and responsive. Love all the community events held by the management team too! We are in a not recently renovated apartment and still find it good. Sure you will hear noises from neighbors sometimes but unless you live in a tall concrete building with thick walls, that is unavoidable. Overall highly recommend Ex
