EXIT Blue Water Realty

EDIT: This once again happened where sewage has leaked making our home inhabitable and they refuse to fix the issue. Worst property management company. Would never recommend!! Exit Blue Water Realty knowingly has left (now going on a week!) raw sewage to be seeping into and surrounding the windows of a ground level apartment home. All sorts of bathroom waste from an entire apartment complex is sprawling across South St in Red Bank. They should be ashamed of themselves. Bill and Judy have ignored the calls from residents. The fire department was called by other residents to the property and they still have ignored that. We have been evacuated and no recourse has come from how they will clean up the hazardous sewage waste on the property they manage.

Bill and Karen are truly professionals at property management. They are honest, straight forward and tell it like it is. They are advancing their skills so they can improve the service they provide to HOA. You won't find a better value in the industry.

Judy Annette at Exit Blue Water was amazing and wonderful to deal with. She found us a great tenant. I now have them managing my property and couldn't be happier.

Horrible company. Very lazy and inefficient. They manage my development and have cost me a lot of money due to their inability to get anything done.
