Extremely bad experience!!!! 👎 I lived in cedar gardens Apts for over a year and always paid rent on time. I went above and beyond to take care of the unit I was in. There was a situation where my roommate got into an altercation with the neighbors and the manger Kristy kicked me out for something someone else did. I felt like the fair housing rights were not practiced in this situation and wouldn't wish it on anyone. And shes attempting to dock every cent off my deposit she possibly can. For simply hanging up pictures. Just so yall know, if you get a spot with this company. DONT HANG ANY PICTURES AT ALL!!! It's frowned upon.

Exclusive is excellent, far better than the other property managers in town. They are responsive to tenant issues--even on weekends when you accidentally lock yourself out of your apartment, they repair things quickly when needed, and are super friendly. Highly recommend.

I applied for a house to rent and did not hear back. Eventually I contacted them and they told me that I had been accepted and that if I didn't give them the deposit soon they would give the house to someone else. I told them I'd overnight them a check if they would email me the paperwork I needed to fill out. They blew me off completely, I sent them emails, called and left voicemails, all with no response. I gave up eventually, until they contacted me out of the blue saying the property had been a dumping ground and there was garbage everywhere and broken down cars that weren't supposed to be there and that they had known about this for awhile but that they were trying to get the city to do something about it. Would not recommend, they were nice when we were looking for a place, the experience was much different once the lease was signed, and especially with leaving. Very glad we don't have to deal with this company anymore. I had never had any money held after leaving a lease, while I had been understanding about some of what they took, the majority I felt was excessive.
