This HOA is the worst ever! They never handle issues on hand, their never in the office and they constantly sending out late payment notices to home owners that pays on time everytime, and u could never speak to anyone pass Scott. I've been owning my unit over 20 years and it's gotten worst each and every year.

I called the Exclusive Property Service to ask a few simple questions regarding the address to mail checks to and why the water had been shut off. I am completely appalled how rude Christine was. She has no manners or telephone etiquette. She has a rude tone of voice and attitude. Sounds like she hates her job and life. I am shocked. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am quite sad my sister has to suffer with the kind of service here. I hope she can get out of this place asap. *and she had given me the wrong address to mail the HOA fees to. I found out the correct address from their site*

Their service has always been slow. You must call multiple times b/c the person is not there and they don't return calls. If you do get lucky to speak to someone like Brittany (or Bethany?) you will be served with outright rudeness. Do not deal with this company
