We had always heard people's horror stories about building a home, so that was the furthest thing from our mind. After unsuccessfully searching for the home we wanted, we were told about Tyson Gerald at Exclusive Builder Corp. Once we met him and discussed what we were wanting, Tyson was on board. He had the plans drawn up quickly and began the process on the land we purchased in September. We lived out of state, so Tyson was always in contact as to where we were with the house, and he always sent pictures to us. We would travel down a couple of times a month as well. Things went very well (of course a couple of slight glitches would come up) and we moved in 6 months later. We highly recommend using Exclusive Builder Corp.
