We rented an apartment month to month lease (which we understand is non renewed by choice ) paid almost 1000 to move in by the next month we had a letter on a Friday and stated there had been several complaints on noises between 2 and 3am from different people and people over at all times, and also a letter stated we needed to be out in 30 days . Reminder we had only been here less then two months and had just given them the rent on the 31st which was due the next day on the 1st and 3 days later had a letter to vacate. These people care about nothing but taking your money. If you have mold in your apartment due to improper seals on the windows, they will tell you they'll just paint over it. Maintenance is supposed to knock before they come into your apartment, but I had multiple occasions where I heard my door being unlocked and no knock before. I went straight to the office and talked to Carl about putting in a 30 day notice for moving out, he sat there and did something on his computer and then told me when my last day in the apartment would be and I left. When I moved out, I received a text at 7 PM (after business hours) telling me that I owed $980 for my rent and late fee.
