Wolf Creek Apartments

We have lived here for 2+ years and it has been a wonderful experience. Maintenance requests have a good turn around time, 2-3days at most. Managers, Amber and Amanda have always been very helpful with any concerns. After moving to a bigger city, with upstairs neighbors, you truly don’t know how good you have it at Wolf Creek.

The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 was because of the environment. I rarely heard my neighbors and it was nice to have that quiet space. However, my experience with the office was not the best. I had submitted a maintenance request and several days later they went in to fix the issue, but essentially left a note saying nothing was wrong.. It was the sink not draining well, so I tested it and the sink started to fill up again. Eventually I bought stuff myself to take care of the problem because maintenance couldn’t. I had another experience with maintenance where I entered a request for a door to be fixed that was not shutting well. Several weeks later after they didn’t come, I checked and the service request had been closed.. I sent another email and they finally showed up. Parking

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from the two ladies managing Wolf Creek Apartments. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring a comfortable living environment are truly remarkable. They are not only responsive and friendly but also go above and beyond to make sure every tenant's needs are met. The management team creates a welcoming atmosphere, making Wolf Creek feel like home. Their efficiency in handling maintenance requests and addressing concerns quickly further highlights their commitment to excellence. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents, and their efforts have made my time here an enjoyable one!

I have lived in many different apartments and homes in my life. And never have I resided in a place that was so well managed. Amanda, Amber and John are incredible and take such great care of us. I have now lived here since Wolf Creek first opened, and that is why I continue to make the choice to continue to live here. These dedicated people stay on top of everything, so I cannot recommend highly enough Wolf Creek and its management/maintenance personnel. In addition, I urged my daughter to live here and now she does. If there were more than five stars I would give them! K Holt

THE BEST place to live! Units feel brand new, built great for both sound/heat/cooling. The office staff is by far THE BEST. Both Amber and Amanda are helpful and friendly at all times. I moved here from out of state, and feel more at home here than I did at my old complex of 10 years! Would highly recommend Wolf Creek Apartments!
