Carol is the absolute best real state agent in all of San Angelo. She not only helped me to find my dream home, she first instructed me through the complex procedure making the process much easier for me as a first time buyer. She was often available even during weekends and was fast to reply. When I found the right home and put an offer she negotiated for me with the seller even beating a cash offer. I would not go with anybody else but her.

Carol is an amazing realtor! She walked us through the process step by step and answered our endless questions. She went above and beyond by helping us make sure our house was taken care of before and after showings (as we were out of town) including cleaning, vacuuming, checking on our cats, and even cleaning up after the cats made messes. Carol made sure we got the best price for our house and managed the repairs while we were gone as well. I cannot recommend her enough; you won't go wrong if you go with her!
