Looks like you were better 5 years ago. Brandy is incompetent at her job. She under taxed us and our buyers. When She went to file, surprise! So she came back at us both complaining the tax is always changing but when we pulled it up on Google? Boom, right there. Then she threatened us with legal action if it were not paid right away. Legal action for her failure? And get this, their so-called attorney went over the paperwork and signed off on it. If I were looking for an abstract company, the not-exact abstract company is not in your best interest.
The staff at Exact Abstract is always pleasant and helpful! Best title company in this area!!
