I had a wonderful experience leasing at this community. with Marie, the leasing agent and Araceli-the Asst Community Manager. Marie answered all my questions, was very helpful and very accommodating because of my work schedule which I appreciated. Huge thanks to the Assistant Community Manager Araceli who took the time to go above and beyond to make this leasing process short and stress-free. She is very attentive, extremely helpful and kind. Her dedication truly made a difference! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking a great place to live. Thank you, Marie and Araceli, for all your help.

I truly regret signing a lease here. From the very first day, it’s been problem after problem. When we moved in during the first week of December, the heater didn’t work at all. It was freezing, and we spent our very first night in the apartment freezing which is unacceptable, especially with a child. That same day, the washing machine was also broken. While they eventually fixed it, I don’t understand how anyone is allowed to move into a unit with so many issues already present. The appliances are extremely outdated. The dishwasher barely cleans the dishes, and I know it’s not the detergent because the same pods worked perfectly at our previous place. The stovetop is also old and not electric. There’s also a serious ant infestation throughout the apartment. I’ve reported it multiple tim

I lived here for 2 years, and I can say the Evolv is better than my previous so-called luxury apartment, the Audrey. I moved out of the Audrey before coming here because of the rude assistant manager, unreasonable move-out charges, thin walls/ceiling that you hear everything your neighbors do, and rent went up $150 every year. Pros at the Evolv: more affordable rent compared to other apartments in the area, friendly management, quiet and nice neighbors, super efficient maintenance team, not as strict as other luxury apartments, great walking area within the apartments, plenty of trees and grass, spacious floor plans, modest annual rent increase. There are not so many cons and if there is, it’s minor. Thank you, Evolv team, for making it easy!

Recently moved in on 8/30. I had the pleasure of working with Araceli and Jennifer who were both amazing! The application process was quick and easy. Araceli did a great job with keeping me updated during the application process and Jennifer did an outstanding job with helping me get moved in. I had a minor maintenance request that was completed less than 24 hours of submitting. I am so happy I chose to make Evolv my new home after moving from Florida. Not to mention, the apartment homes are beautiful!! I love my apartment so much!! Thanks again Jennifer and Araceli!

These apartments worry about the wrong things here. They’re worried about people having privacy screens to have some privacy because some folks here are nosey. But we have ants everywhere inside and out and in the breeze ways and stairs from one end of the building to the other. Homeless people come to these apartments to sleep and they throw their trash on the ground. Car break ins and they don’t do anything about it. Some people here feel like they get picked on by the office we are one of them. I have never seen so many evictions and people move out at one time here in my 6 years of apartment living. But again they are worried about see through privacy screens and other unnecessary things and not trying to keep tenants
