Evergreen Terrace Apartments

​5++ stars! The staff here is amazing! From the front desk to the maintenance team, everyone is friendly and genuinely helpful. My place is perfect, the neighborhood is safe, and the amenities like the pool are great. They also offer awesome resident perks and bonuses. It’s been the perfect spot for me!

Maintenance is friendly, fast and helpful. The pet waste stations are very convenient and help keep the place clean even though some lazy bones wont pick up after themselves. the fancy beautiful trees (white/purple) part of the year are cool One bad thing is the road can be heavily trafficked and difficult to turn left on. Admin office might bait and switch. Some of the apartments have windows that just face a wall, like in the crew cabins of the titanic.

Easily the best experience I've had renting! The staff is so helpful and the apartment was in great shape when I moved in! My complex was quiet and safe and whenever I needed maintenance they came extremely quickly. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking at apartments in JC.

I never had put a review for anything but I thought they deserved some positivity. I have lived in a small one bedroom apartment for a little over two years now and I have had no issues. Staff is all so kind and helpful. Any issues I have had, maintenance was quick to fix or help me with it. I had my toilet break and later in the day they arrived and replaced it. I haven't moved out yet so hopefully no hiccups with that! But overall would recommend due to price being fair, being pet friendly, good location if your a student, and great service from all sides of the staff.

I lived at evergreen for a year and loved it! It’s incredibly safe and very affordable. They barely raised the rent especially compared to all the other housing locations in JC and the maintenance staff is super responsive and kind. There were no parties or loud people at my complex and they also have security that drives around to the different locations. If you read the lease and take care of your apartment you should have no issues with being charged a lot at move out. The lease and the move out email they send details what needs to be cleaned and how much they charge, so follow the list and clean thoroughly and you shouldn’t have issues. I’m surprised at the mediocre rating on here considering this is one of the most in demand locations for students to live and it has a great reputatio
