Hello, I'm writing this review as a encounter I overseen while visiting mom at 6900 s Crandon. You all use to have a young lady by the name Ms. Hudson who will help with everything. Now you have a very rude woman by the name of Crystal. She's rude, has a very nasty attitude and she treats the guys like crap. She's very rude and unprofessional. This is to make corporate aware. No one deserves that kind of treatment. I appreciate the maintenance guys who try to keep everything clean around the building regardless of others.

Very difficult for a man to live in a building dominated by gossipy women. Why does it have to be 70% women? This is unnatural and stressful for male tenants. Also, the female manager believes all their made-up rumors.

Living at Hewai Terrace Apartments has recently become uncomfortable due to poor communication, unprofessional management, and ineffective maintenance. Major Problems: 1. Maintenance Delays and Unresolved Issues: Residents have experienced significant delays in getting repairs addressed, often waiting months despite submitting multiple work orders. For example, I’ve been waiting over three months for a simple repair—a flimsy pull-cord on a shade. Despite numerous work orders and direct communication with Derrick, the issue remains unresolved. Derrick has refused to answer my questions, avoids eye contact, and now the manager is insisting I apologize to him before he fixes anything else in my apartment? This is inappropriate, I'm owed an APOLOGY for being ignored and the repairs not being

The management has gone downhill in the last 3 years. Always lots of garbage in front of the building for your guests to walk through

Horrible place to live. Way below standard of care. If you smoke move here, despite the non smoking clause in the lease, Evergreen Management has stated they will NEVER evict anyone for smoking. Truly, it is a smokers paradise. People with asthma, respitory illness, cancer heart issues and the like are forced to breath in cigarette smoke all night and on days mgmt is not here which is most days. Mgmt only works 20 hours a week. Maintenance only works 16 hours and whose work log is backed up for months. Massive safety issues and constant theft including from one manager no longer there who was stealing rent checks..
