Evergreen Place Apartments

I love living here. All the neighbors in my building is more like family..The office staff is wonderful. Courtney will help you every way possible. He has a huge heart but at the same time takes care of the property an does not deal with drama from anyone.. I feel at home..

Office staff never knows whats going on. Kids unsupervised running all over the place. Their unorganized and are horrible with service. Always blaming tenants for everything when they dont do their job. Alot of gang activity that the city police cant control.

Very inconsistent. Living in da hood not good but it provides shelter. Manager pocks and chooses if when and how she wanna enforce rules. Not good for a veteran to deal with. Trust me

Very unprofessional!!!!!!!! They never know what’s going on... The manager will lie until she’s blue in the face I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person. They are very unorganized and don’t care about the tenants only care about getting the money and they try to act like you are slow and don’t know what’s going on because you are low income.... If I were you I would be looking somewhere else Trust me you don’t wanna deal with these people!!!

My stepdaughter and her children live there. The rent is too high for subsidized housing, she continues to live there because she has to have three bedrooms, and its somewhat convenient to her job.
