I have been a long-time resident at Evergreen Estero Oaks, and I want to take a moment to recognize Taylor. She is truly wonderful. In a time where genuine customer service can be rare, Taylor stands out as someone who is incredibly personable, approachable, and professional. From the very first day of her return, you could immediately feel a positive shift in the community. She treats residents with respect, integrity, and kindness, and she makes everyone feel welcome. Those qualities make a huge difference in a residential community. As someone who has lived here for a while, I saw the community go through a difficult period after she previously left, and I was honestly considering moving elsewhere. This condominium is perfect for families. Security is one of its greatest strengths, with controlled access and constant surveillance, which gives us great peace of mind. The common areas are always clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The community is respectful, peaceful, and supportive, making it an excellent place to raise children. Additionally, the location is very convenient, with schools, parks, and shops nearby. Truly a place where you can live with quality and harmony.The maintenance supervisor are so fast and very professional. It is a nice place to live in general.

We had a wonderful experience with Aline. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the upcoming renovations in detail, pointing out exactly what changes to expect in the units over the coming weeks. We were really impressed by the transparency and the 'before and after' comparison she provided. We would have rented here in a heartbeat, but unfortunately, the specific floor plan we were looking for was unavailable for our move-in date. If you're looking for a professional and informative tour, we highly recommend asking for Aline!

From the moment I arrived, The young lady Taylor guided me on the tour was truly exceptional. Her professionalism was evident, as she communicated clearly and answered all my questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. Not only did she highlight the community's best features, but she also took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and valued as a potential resident. Although the apartment didn’t quite meet what I was looking for, Taylor took the time to sit with me, listen with genuine concern, and help me think through the best solution for my needs. She also educated me about the area and made me feel truly at home. I will always remember her for that. I wish more people offered the same level of kindness and professionalism. If this community had elevators, I would have signed a lease that same day.
