New owners just started this month. Very nice people. I think they will make this property great again. Next door to a Save a Lot and walking distance to downtown Dallas he location is perfect. And the laundry room is nicer than anywhere in town.

Very run down. Shannon the manager is very disrespectful. She tries to talk to you like you are a child. Likes to gossip about you to other People who rent. I would never rent from here. I work nights so my nights off I’m up at night an that’s when I have my company over, because of that she accused me of drug activity.

If anyone is thinking about renting here.....run. that is the most ghetto place and the lady Shannon is so rude and ignorant wow. The guy Rick well he thinks he can intimidate people because he was a lawyer and when you see there are bugs he will say you brought them. What a joke stay away

It's now called the Nicolson house. It's a little pricey for my taste but the rooms are good size and decent.

Poor management, bugs, and can hear neighbors snoring, arguing, or "making up" through thin walls. Not recommended for. C"t/t//4"4
