Meadowview Apartments

Manager was super nice and very responsive. Remodeled unit is stunning with new appliance, flooring, granite countertop. Bathroom was completely remodeled. Like new modern light grey paint across the unit.

Apartment was clean until you start moving in had maggots coming out of baseboards didn't say in order to get deposit back had to sign a years lease was told it was ok to move and would get it back due to husband's medical condition. Fights all the time. Landlord was sweet. No matter how many times you mopped a day couldn't walk without shoes floors were nasty no getting it cleaned. Drugs were bad there. I honestly give it 0 stars but wouldn't let me make review without at least one

I've been eyeing this place for a while now and I'm currently waiting to move in. Carrie is very good at her job and it legitimately looks like the owners care about how people are living. It looks amazing with the updates and I can't wait to be a future tenant. Based on my interactions so far, this is going to be my favorite place I've ever stayed even though it's going to be the most inexpensive.

We have been here two months and everything is going good. No big complaints. Probably the best bang for the buck as for Paris apartments. The staff has been great. Addressed any issue we have had. The maintenance guy is respectability any time I've seen him. The trash pick up service personnel are respectful of the time they pick up the trash.

We have loved our time at Meadowview! The maintenance team have been very welcoming and kind and have made living here one of our best experiences! We have recommended the community to many of our friends who are looking for the downtown experience and will continue to recommend the community in the future.
