The Regency Apartments

Great place to stay really quiet. Stayed here a few months now never had a problem. Any issues that I have had or fixed either the same day or next day highly recommend.

Nice and quiet apartment complex. I am renewing my lease for another year. The apartment is spacious and we have good neighbors. Maintenance is responsive. Highly recommended.

1-Dorianna is nice but her hands are tired as a property manager. So I don’t blame her at all. 2- I paid a $830 deposit when the deposit is $600 for a 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartment. The property manager said my application was denied due to my credit but pushed it through for a higher deposit. What!!!! 3- At move in, the property manager said move in’s are at 3pm. The following is why the property manager did not allow me to view the apartment. 4- The bathtub has a big hole in it so they patched it up and molded an ugly patch into the tub. I asked them to repaint the tub. They just sprayed painted over the patch. 5- The paint is disturbed on the hallway way and they still haven’t painted it the color of the rest of the wall. 6- There are no screens on the windows on 2nd floors. This place is an absolute joke. In the 2 years I lived there they went through 6 different office managers and 2 different owners.. nobody ever knew what was going on. My lease was lost TWICE. I was overcharged for rent multiple times, charged fees with no explanation… my apartment flooded (burst faucet in bathroom) and I was told to “figure it out” after it took them THIRTY MINUTES to locate the water shut off valve.. I was refused my security deposit 49 DAYS after we moved out, AFTER they sent me a signed document stating that I would be receiving the full refund.. the maintenance man is a creep. The old man walked into my apartment TWICE while I was naked. Once while I was getting dressed after the shower, he knocked and announced himself, I went to the door and said “just a minute” he

This place was great! The Property Manager that took over, Doriana, H is absolutely amazing. They took care of me and my kids as though we were family. I couldn't ask for a more caring group at an affordable price. Much love to them and their hard working team! - Signed Lee!
