Our initial tour with Fred was truly remarkable. He walked us through the model units and amenities with exceptional detail, professionalism, and a genuine passion for service. The experience was outstanding from the very beginning. Kay, on the administrative side, was also incredible. She answered all of our questions and made our move—during a very busy month like December, smooth, pleasant, and stress-free. My family and I are extremely happy with the high level of service, the excellent maintenance, and the quick response to all of our needs and concerns. We truly appreciate the attention, hospitality, and support provided by both Fred and Kay. We are very grateful and genuinely happy in our new home!

While I haven’t decided yet on if I’m going to lease, it’s simply because I’m undecided about my moving timeline and the closet in the studio BUT Kay & Kim really did weigh heavy on my decision to call Eterno home when I’m ready. Both were so warm and sweet. Kay was super knowledgeable on tour and property grounds were so well kept! I’m a property manager and was able to appreciate every single aspect of my tour. Loved it! Thank you both!

After going through a couple of housing communities since I moved to Florida, I finally found one I am happy with. Eterno is such a nice complex! Starting with office management! They are all absolutely the best…all of them from Kim to Fred to Kay!! And maintenance is so helpful and they take care of the request right away! The valet garbage is on time and also good. The pool!!! The emaculate gym!! They even have a beautiful pool table and corn hole!!! Oh and the grill area is always clean and there are plenty grills gas and charcoal! Love it here!!!

Living in Luzano has overall been an enjoyable experience. It has been a long time coming that I finally find a place that fits my needs. My apartment is on the corner of the 3rd floor which means high ceilings, extremely quiet (sound proof windows), I do not hear my neighbors ever, the neighbors on the right are on the opposite side of the column in the middle and I have none on the left since its a corner space. Everything in the unit is brand new which means no problems with appliances breaking down and easier to decorate in a minimalist modern style. There's lot's of unexpected storage. The balcony views directly on the lake are incredible for sunrises and sunsets, even during the rain you can sit there and not get wet.There is always parking, no matter what time you get home and it's

I moved out of this apartment complex almost two months ago, and I still have not received my security deposit. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been given a clear explanation or timeline for when it will be returned. Returning a security deposit within a reasonable and legally required timeframe is a basic responsibility of property management, and this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Communication has been poor, and I feel completely ignored. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting here to be very cautious and to document everything carefully.
