The primary concern with Estes-Manning Group has been the lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and the condition in which my apartment was delivered and maintained. At move-in, the unit was not properly prepared, cleaned, or inspected. Since then, multiple issues affecting habitability and safety have persisted despite repeated attempts to resolve them through the proper channels. These issues include an exposed screw at the base of a bathroom toilet, a missing closet rod in the office, an electrical socket pulling out of the kitchen island creating a potential fire hazard, a washing machine that does not function at all (only the dryer works), and a stove with a non-working burner. I have been living at Villa Glen since 2019 and I call this place home. I’m so thankful that when I put an order in I get results. Today I want to say thank you to management and maintenance they have taken care of everything I need I’m so appreciative. Newly hired maintenance man stole my meds while I was out of the room. He was here for only 15min. No hot water or HVAC since July 2025. Rent payment is never late.

Been Here At Marion Manor Since 2019.Love Being Walking Distance To My Job. Staff Needs To Show A Little More Concern Towards The Tenants And Our Concerns. 👈 .I Would Like To See Something Getting Done About The Parking Arrangements Here ( 2 Vehicles Per Lease) .Some Tenants Have 2/3 Vehicles And Others Tenants Don't Have Any Where To Park ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKENDS AND THE VEHICLES NOT RUNNING NEED TO BE MOVED OFF THE PREMISES.👈

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I moved out of the property at the end of February. The Mississippi Law states that property management groups have 45 days to return your security deposit AFTER sending out the itemized list of deductions taken from the original amount. I called weeks on end to get an answer & was bounced from one person to the next. “That’s not my job. That’s not department.” When I notified them that I was well aware of the tenant rights and laws, they still treated me poorly. I have yet to hear back from this group nor have I received my deposit. They are very unprofessional. If you can, please steer clear!
