Stayed here for 4 months. Had a ton of mold in the apartment. My wife was constantly sick. Lease break cost us 4500$. They also didn’t give us our deposit back because of water damage to the carpet caused by a faulty AC drain line and drywall that was damaged before we got there. The place should be shut down. If I could give zero stars I would. 1 star is too generous. Spend the extra couple 100 bucks and rent a place far away from this complex. Also they over charge you if you’re not section 8. We were paying 1300 and some change for a one bed one bath.

We had a wonderful tour. Cami was very welcoming and down to earth which made the experience fun. Apartment shopping can be stressful, so thank you Cami for making it enjoyable.

I recently moved in, and I want to highlight how responsive and professional the staff has been. As soon as I submitted a maintenance request, they came out very quickly and addressed the issue. The carpet is brand new, the maintenance team was very respectful, and the gentleman in the office was extremely kind and helpful. Overall, the service from management and maintenance has been great. However, my initial welcome was a bit uncomfortable due to an interaction with a neighbor. Her children came to my door stating that I needed to move my truck or it would be towed because I was parked in “her” spot. To avoid any tension, I moved my vehicle right away, but she remained upset, stating that I should somehow know that her car is always parked there. I parked close to my unit simply becaus

Maintenance is Fantastic!!!! I appreciate the caring and kindness during a winter storm the help everyone that needed it clean sidewalks as soon as it stopped snowing and salted immediately. Wes is an amazing Maintenance supervisor he sends his own newsletter to inform us on upcoming events keeps us informed. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. Booked an appartment tour twice. Both the time the leasing staff was gone and finally had to return back without any site visit. If the leasing staff is not willing to entertain their futurw residents, i wonder how the tenants will be treated.
