Customer Reviews
My experience touring the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse was absolutely wonderful, thanks to Michelle and Amanda. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. They took their time walking us through every detail of the home, answering all of our questions thoroughly and making sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and transparent they were. They highlighted the features of the townhouse while also helping us envision how the space could truly become a home. Their positive energy and encouragement made the experience feel exciting rather than overwhelming. Michelle and Amanda created an atmosphere of trust and confidence, which means so much when making such an important decision. We
I lived here for four years and very much enjoyed it. They've made a lot of improvements to the neighborhood like new roofs, garbage storage, paved walking path, parking on both sides of the street. Love the big backyard and that they take care of it for me. The neighborhood is friendly and I love walking/jogging on the path, there is lots of shade and it's nice to see others out walking with their dogs. I've never had an issue with my packages as others have mentioned. Mx always took care of issues quickly. Moving out was easy and stress free.
I lived here for 2 years. It wasn't the worst place I have lived but it is pretty close. Units were updated with cabinet and vanity doors, paint, and new flooring. Windows were all fogged over and you couldn't see out of them. Mold in the units. Communication from the office was very slim unless you didn't keep your recycle bin in your garage (where your car goes). Then you were given a $50 fine. They liked to pick and choose rules to enforce based on the management at the time. Maintenance was wonderful. They were always quick to respond and very nice. I moved out in January. I started asking about my deposit refund around March. I was brushed off for many months until Toni arrived. She was able to get me a check for most of my deposit in May. The check bounced. So I had to
*WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE!* Please do not move here! We lived here for close to 2.5 years and it was ok at first, but horrible towards the end. The grounds are not well taken care of and rules are almost non existent. The staff in the office and the maintenance workers are great, but the management is no where to be seen. We tried to call corporate and left multiple emails and voicemails and they would never reach back out to us. Also, unless you have something in writing from them, never take them at their word. We were told by the front desk at least 5 times over the span of a month and half the wrong information and when we moved out the manager refused to stand by what the office had told us multiple times. This apartment complex is run by a very dishonest management company that has
I had really high hopes for this place. Upon moving in the windows were all too foggy to see out, mold inside cabinets and an insane amount behind mirrors in bathroom. Will attach pictures. I had dogs so when we went outside there was shattered glass EVERYWHERE in the backyard they promised to get it cleaned up but never did so we had to block off half the already small yard so our dogs wouldn’t get cut. Started getting sick about 3 months in that’s when I took to investigating the hidden places mold was growing and demanded we be let out of lease early. They came and cut the entire wall out put up a big tarp and then to top it off blocked us from the portal before the last power bill posted and sent it to collections! Definitely needs to be condemned. Not enough parking and too many break
