The quality of workmanship and build process exceeded expectations. Throughout development, Pulte kept us updated on progress and completed the home before the target completion date. Multiple formal walkthroughs were performed during and after completion by Ashley and Eli, to ensure we as the homeowner were fully satisfied with the home. I have worked with other builders to build homes in the past, and Pulte has demonstrated how much they care about their product above any other builder. We had very few punch out items after completion, and they were all addressed swiftly and professionally. The community is great and the location can’t be beat. I have been here about a year and love it so far. The problem is Taylor Morrison, and that distinction should be clear. Several of the reviews are about hired vendors and access issues which is not a fair thing to rate, as those issues can and have been addressed. I also see several reviews here calling out Taylor Morrison for their horrendous workmanship…they are not wrong. My personal experience is that they are severely underrepresenting how bad it actually is. I’ve been here 10 months and they’re still fixing issues I called out pre-closing. It’s not just a personal thing- a quick view into the community Facebook page will show that. So if you like the location and the models, welcome home!! But go in with eyes wide open. Y

Absolutely love this community, amenities are incredible, staff is second to none, location is awesome and I absolutely love my Taylor Morrison Beacon model home.

Now I know why Taylor Morrison ranks #1 in Trusted Builders…First reason: I just recently purchased a lot in Esplanade Lake club in Fort Myers. I put my contract in at the deadline and Another buyer the following day wanted the same lot which would’ve gone to a bidding situation but Taylor Morrison honored the deadline and I did not have to go through that process! Second reason: I reached out to my sales representative Krista today and made a comment that the base price of the unit had increased, but she explained to me that wasn’t the case because the impact windows and doors are now included in that base price which would’ve been a $12,700 savings to me. She had told me I was on her list to contact to see if Taylor Morrison would Extend that discount to me since I just signed. And yet

Buyer Beware! The delivery does not match the sales process. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were nowhere near what you would expect from the company that constantly refers to itself as America's Most Trusted Builder. We have multiple construction defects and areas that are well outside of Taylor Morrison's written standards that they have refused to make right. We have floors and walls that are over 1/2" off level, a garage floor that does not drain out of the garage, structural issues with our roof decking, and many other issues that were all identified as required by Taylor Morrison's warranty policy that have all been ignored. Do not close on your home until any of your concerns are addressed.
