Mauricio in maintenance is the best! He replaced the silicone in my shower and it looks perfect. Pro job. And he always asks “What else?” He is the only person that has been able to fix the mysterious under the cabinet light that I love so much. So friendly. Helpful. And my dog loves him. What else can I can say?

I am very impressed with the cleanliness maintenance of this building. Every member i seem to ask goes out of their way to help. Always professional and kind. Great addition to a great building are the people that keep it in great confition. 10/10 for all the staff especially those who have stuck around for the long run and have made a lasting difference for the best.

BLT is an absolutely horrible management company. I lived in Postmark for eight years and had nothing but positive experiences there—the building was well-run, and the management team was professional and attentive. Unfortunately, since moving to Escape (a BLT-managed building) a year and a half ago, my experience has been the complete opposite. The management here, particularly Daniel, is rude and disrespectful. He speaks to tenants in a disrespectful manner, treats people poorly, and enforces rules —while failing to follow them himself. After hosting an event in Escape’s kitchen (as many residents do), I was blindsided with a $2,600 bill for allegedly replacing two vinyl floor panels. Special shout out to Maurizio of the maintenance team The very best part of living at The Escape is the maintenance team and the building cleaning crew. As a previous owner of a single family home, the Escape maintenance crew is always fast to respond and knowledgeable. Issues are taken care of same day almost 100% of the time...even on weekends.

A great building. New construction with nicely sized apartments. Great windows, good appliances and nice layouts. The common areas are fantastic. With good style and comfortable furniture. The amenities are great as well. Great gym, pool, pickle ball, basketball, and grill areas. All around great building.
