I used JOHN MORGAN to represent the listing of our property. I'm very pleased with the work he did. He listed our unit on the MLS and in less than three weeks my warehouse was rented. I have not had a good experience with South Dade Realty. They are very good at overcharging for their services. They will run your property down and run you out of money. They don't tell you that your property needs repairs. Then you wonder why no one wants to rent it. They will complain about using your warranty service which you bought in order to save you money. They prefer for you to use their buddies. When you ask for receipts they send a response on a different topic, like you are going to forget that you asked for receipts. I'm still waiting to see the actual receipts for what I was charged for. They do not abide by their contract or the lease. They spend your money without your permission, even when you made sure to put that clause in the contract. They let the tenant have

We do not recommend ERA South Dade realty or Jim Moser. Worst real estate experience EVER with James “Jim” Moser. Managed our mother’s property for 21 years at 15% commission. During that time allowed property to fall into disrepair- (anytime we were notified of an issue we had it repaired, replaced, corrected, including new roof, appliances, etc). We decided to sell the property. Jim suggested we list it for $750k (we asked and sold for $1.1M). Jim charged 6% commission, selling property to tenant. He didn’t list it, market it, or even show it! Jim even encouraged tenant to get an inspection then use that to request a discount ($50k) after he allowed it to fall into poor condition. ERA South Dade Realty, Inc is a business all need to avoid. Our story begins traveling across the US to move to the miami dade area, we found a realtor and proceeded to find a place while packing up. The day we arrive, we are told that the “Association” we applied for hasn’t approved us as tenants yet. before, we were told everything is fine. We weren’t even allowed to have a walkthrough as neither agent showed up. Upon inspection, there are many photos (if needed i can send to anyone curious) of the property our “real estate agent” walked through and said looked greats Now we are dealing with the second agent, refusing to give our keys because she is “not our client”, and ERAs CEO sitting at the front desk and laughed at our face and told us he literally doesn’t care.
