ERA King Real Estate - Homewood

I’m highly disappointed with realtor Gail Weaver. I would never use nor recommend her services. I don’t have any positive nor negative comments about ERA King as a whole. Gail and I viewed a property in which I immediately said that I loved. I knew I wanted it based on the pics from the listing. I also said to her during the viewing let’s make an offer. She gave me some spill about the 3 capacities in which she works and recommended getting comps first. No offer was made on my part after the viewing. I text her on Sunday and didn’t receive a response and called her on Monday and didn’t get a response. It wasn’t until I escalated and requested a new realtor that she finally called me back, 3 days later, with bad news that someone had made an offer after my viewing that was accepted. This
