I had a very disappointing experience with Denise Lepore, who was the seller’s agent for a property I made an offer on. She was dismissive and rushed us through the showing when we came for the open house, making the whole interaction feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. After accepting my offer, she failed to communicate clearly and kept my agent and I in limbo, only to back out when a higher offer came in. Because of this, I lost money on inspection and legal fees. The way this was handled felt misleading and unethical. I would not recommend working with her as a seller or buyer's agent. Edit based on agent response: 1) This review was not made out of anger.
