Craig Yox and his daughter were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Their sales instincts proved accurate, and they told us not only what to do prior to sale, but what not to do (because it was unnecessary to facilitate a sale). We were under contract in less than 7 days. Craig was great with communications, consistently updating us as the listing and sales process progressed. This great service continued after the sale when the mortgage company's lawyer mailed the cancelled note and mortgage to the sold home rather than my current address. Craig was able to facilitate recovery and forwarding of the documents to me. Great service; I can't recommend Craig and his daughter enough. Thank you!

I've not met a broker who has tried harder to not make a sale. They work to maximize their bottom line, even at the expense of their clients. If you're trying to sell your home, this is not the agency to work with. - - - Update after business owner's response: While I appreciate the additional context provided by the owner's response, I don't know why I have to explain to a realtor the difference between a represented and unrepresented buyer. Just because I have realtors that I have used in the past and may use again in the future, doesn't mean that I'm currently represented. In fact, I was not represented by any realtor. I am not the type to leave reviews. Especially negative ones. But I am Extremely disappointed in this company. Most of the words I'd like to use google won't allow. The current ownership does not seem to understand how to run their business. Firing people left and right and then losing the people they hire to replace those people! Ownership actively avoids talking to any clients who aren't singing their praises. If this company did not have Tom Grizzard's good name behind it it would have gone under years ago.
