My family and I recently rented from Fernandina Realty at 226 S. Fletcher on the 2nd floor. It is a lovely renovated property that overlooks the ocean. However, I'm DISGUSTED by what I observed. 28 ADULT COCKROACHES were observed during our 4 night stay in the property. Places located included in closets, kitchen cabinets, on the kitchen floor, in the sink, on the sink face, under appliances, on the mantle, on window sills, and in the bedroom. There was cockroach feces under the sink in the cabinet and in the corner of the kitchen floor. This is further suggestive of infestation, not an isolated incident. I contacted the Realty company upon noticing the infestation on Friday/Saturday. We were told an exterminator was contacted. Unfortunately, they did not come during our stay. The manager
