Julia is amazing. Easy to work with and amazing with solving problems the same day. Equinox is a beautiful property and we are loving the choice we made when moving here.

The guy has literally been singing from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. You may experience the worst voice of your whole life; he sounds like someone is cutting off his fingers. Horrible!"

Equinox is a fantastic apartment complex with a welcoming and accommodating management team. The property manager, Cristal, is especially kind and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant living experience. One of the standout features is the variety of convenient rent payment options, eliminating the need for in-person visits each month. The amenities are excellent—there's a brand-new laundromat, a well-maintained pool, and a very pet-friendly atmosphere, complete with a dog run. The complex feels safe and peaceful, making it a great place to call home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community!

Former tenant. Equinox used to be a nice community. The upgrades are outstanding! But its changed and not for the better. *Live here if you like neighbors that chain smoke cigarettes by your front door and use the walk path to your door as an ashtray. *Live here if you like unsupervised children throwing juice at your vehicle and leave a trail of trash everywhere they go. *Live here if you like random kids sitting on your car, or parking their bikes up against your car. * Live here if you like neighbors smoking *anything* and day drink while playing loud music outdoors. *Live here if you like neighbors that leave empty beer cans/bottles around the carport.
