Epoque Golden

I’ve had a really good experience with Lupita @ Trailgrove Apartments.She showed me that The community is clean, quiet, and well kept. Maintenance requests get handled in a timely manner, and the staff is friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. The grounds are always looking nice, and it feels like a safe, comfortable place to live. Parking has never been an issue for me, and the overall atmosphere is respectful and peaceful. Definitely one of the better apartment experiences I’ve had — I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to stay.

My husband and I have lived at Epoque with our dog for the last 2 years. We have absolutely loved living here. It is a really nice community with great amenities. Management is wonderful, super responsive, and maintenance is also amazing and very quick to respond to any needs. Management also works really hard to organize fun community events. The location of the building is perfect - so close to downtown Golden, access to the bike/rec path, multiple beautiful hikes less than a mile down the road, and easy to get on 6 or i70 and shoot out to the mountains. Highly recommend living here!

My husband and I absolutely loved our time at Epoque. It was such a difficult decision to leave, but we decided to move closer to Denver in a house so our pup could have a yard. Epoque is the most well run apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is extremely tidy/clean; any issues are always promptly addressed; the pool and hot tub are amazing and were well cared for; the staff are always putting on fun events for the residents (I even won a paddle board at one of them!). I absolutely love the people who work at Epoque and will miss them dearly - Lauren, Nichole, Lee. They were always so warm and friendly and kind to our pup (they even leave a jar of biscuits out for after-walk treats). The espresso machine in the lobby is also such a nice touch. My husband and I moved in last August and love living at Epoque! The views from our unit are INCREDIBLE and the location can’t be beat. It really does feel like you’re living at a resort. They did a fantastic job with the design and the soundproofing is top notch. Such a lovely community with great amenities and very dog friendly!

Lauren and Nichole are extremely easy to talk to and work with, they keep the office running smoothly everyday, and Lee in maintenance is always super helpful and quick to respond to any issues on the property.
