Good place to stay as a student. The place is nice and well serviced. Carpet floor for 2nd floor and everything is nice. We have no major complaints except for the problem is that we lost our bicycles (2) on the very first day we moved in that are locked at the bike rack. Of course the management team has nothing to do with it and they are not responsible for it, but I think they should add security cameras around to improve the safety matters instead of ignoring the matters and leave it all onto the residents.

Most helpful Workers! Hannah has been helping us every step of my husband and I moving in! She showed us the beautiful model room and moved us in quickly while explaining all the specials! Every time something is needed they are quick to fix it! Catherine helped us today as well and she explained everything in full detail! Answered all our questions! We left feeling more confident then when we came in! Do not regret a single thing! Love the management and staff team!

I absolutely love it here at EPIC Apartments! Lucinda and her staff is absolutely amazing!! If you are looking for a place to live this is the place for you and your family to be!

Im moving today. Quiet nice huge rooms, patio, pool, pickle ball and basketball cout, cookout cabana, pet park , beautiful scenery g, great people Becky and Lacinda and safe, quiet, close to stores and major hwy too! Bye, may see u soon!
