ENVY Pompano Beach

I want to give a heads-up to anyone considering this building because the real experience is far from what’s advertised. While it looks sleek in photos, in person it’s honestly pretty disappointing. The maintenance is poor and a lot of areas feel dirty and neglected. For example, you can see fake plants that look worn out and patches of what seems like old moss or dirty artificial turf that hasn’t been maintained at all. The outdoor areas look run-down, and even some of the decorative elements, like statues and planters, have chipped paint and just look neglected. What’s more, you might read reviews that say the management is great, but in reality, it doesn’t match up. It feels like those positive reviews might not reflect the real situation. We’ve been residents for approximately 4 months and our experience has been good so far. Maintenance can be quite slow but if you follow up with them, they’ll get to it. Management, Sima, Patricia & Viv, have been helpful so far and taken care of our concerns. They also offer an apartment you can reserve for guests such as family or friends which is super convenient. The pool area is chill and attracts a mixed crowd. Everyone seems to be respectful of each other. So far, I am pleased. There is room for improvement but management is aware of that.

Pros: • Very good staff: two women at the leasing office were always kind, helpful, and did their job exceptionally well every time I came to see the apartments. • The apartments themselves are nice — everything is new, modern, and fresh. • Free coffee for residents. • Beautiful views from the pool area and also from the rooftop where the artificial trees are placed. • One free covered parking spot is included, and an additional one is available for $100. • They currently offer a promotion: 10 weeks free until the end of September, which is definitely a big plus. Cons: • The building is new, but the carpets are already stained and dirty everywhere — it looks unkempt and unpleasant to walk on. • There is only one pool for such a large building, and just one small grill area. • The lounge z

I had the absolute best experience touring Envy Apartments! My leasing agent, Sima, was wonderful—truly one of the best I’ve ever met. She gave me such a detailed tour, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process feel smooth and exciting. It was honestly the best tour I’ve ever had, and I left feeling even more confident about my decision. I can’t wait to move in!

I am writing regarding our experience with Patricia and the process that led us to select Envy Pompano Beach. As there does appear to be a need to allocate more resources to keep the place clean, especially the carpets, Patricia was very pleasant and made the process much more enjoyable than at other buildings we visited. The staff is critical to addressing potential future problems. I have dealt with other properties years ago and it creates a very difficult situation when you don't have an advocate like Patricia there to help in the future. The apartments are nice and are updated with contemporary amenities. Are there other apartments that may be a little nicer than Envy?
