Do NOT move here. We have had the worst experience. Things break all the time in the apartment, ours has flooded, our breaker for the microwave constantly goes off, etc. don’t even get me started on the water bill here. We pay almost over $200 a month just for water. Leasing agents have no idea what they are doing. The girls in the office are also messy and will tell your business to others and then play dumb. The leasing assistant manager is very unprofessional. The trash is ALWAYS over flowing and the grounds are not kept clean. Kids constantly running through here. We had a massive rock thrown at our door the other day. The park slide hasn’t been fixed since we’ve lived here, but yet it’s an amenity we pay for. Only thing I like is how spacious our 3 bedroom is, but we’re paying too mu

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartments are quiet, spacious, and well-maintained, and the grounds are always clean and well-kept. It’s a peaceful environment that makes it easy to relax. The management team is friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They genuinely care about the residents and make sure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance staff is equally excellent—they handle requests promptly and efficiently, and always make sure everything is done right. I also appreciate the little touches around the property, like the well-kept landscaping and the pool. I love these apartments & staffing they have nice luxury and spacious apartments with different types of layouts for different individuals/families/ individuals with disabilities I believe that itself shows how much they cater to their residents! And I love the fact that they have events, food events for their residence to taste try it’s a quiet clean and thoughtful place to live. The elevators ALWAYS WORK I LOVE IT HERE!

We decided not to renew a couple of months ago & finally left. I can tell you why: When we first moved in, the apartment was hardly clean. When we left, we cleaned everything. They will try to make up a lie to make you pay for things in this apartment.. ex: Like the stove or fridge. They quoted me an abnormal amount of money for this stove. And it was clean and working properly. I seen another review stating the same thing. They like to get over here and lie because there was nothing wrong with the stove when we left.

Lived here for a year and it’s really nice. They keep the grounds clean and respond to maintenance requests quickly. When deciding to downsize Annika from the office was very kind and helpful with the process. Definitely recommend calling this place home!
