Enclave Rigden Farm Townhomes

OG review: We moved here in June of 2023 from out of state and Stacie Jo made the whole process a breeze. We were able to have a choice between a few nice units, and ultimately worked with her to get the exact one we wanted. It’s a beautiful property, super quiet, and close proximity to stores and shopping. The oversize garage is a huge bonus for the Colorado sun and snow. We have dogs and appreciate how accommodating they are for them, as well as how many other tenants have dogs. Enrique is also amazing and has been very accommodating for a few small things we noticed. Overall great team and management with reasonable pricing! We really love it here! Update 4/1/25: We moved out of state so we unfortunately had to leave Ridgen Farms. I stand by the previous review though. New management

My husband and I have lived in over 10 different homes in our 20s and Enclave Rigden has been the best by far! We fell in love with the beautiful brick buildings and landscaping. We had a tour and immediately loved the interior as well and we were so impressed with how lovely the neighborhood was. We are coming up on a year of living here and absolutely plan to renew our lease. Parker, the Community Manager, is kind, easy to reach, and makes sure our experience is smooth and worry free. Enrique has a giant heart, can be seen around the property hard at work, and makes any maintenance concerns quickly disappear. We loved living here ! Management was always very nice and easy to work with. Their maintenance man Enrique was always very fast and efficient ! It was very quiet and lovely living here for the year 1/2 we did. Ultimately we decided the space and price just wasn't for us but It's perfect for families that need the bigger space and love a nice quiet neighborhood !

Enclave Rigden Farm seems like a nice place to live, but we had a lot of trouble going through the leasing process and were ultimately denied due a mix-up with a previous apartment. They also are very difficult to get a hold of on the phone which made the process take significantly longer. We had been charged a move-out fee with a previous apartment but were never notified of it, so it wasn't paid on time and came up on the screening report as a "write-off". Even though we paid this fee as soon as we were made aware of it, we were still denied at Enclave due to it being larger than $200 within the last 84 months. The leasing agent, Dominique, originally told us she had spoken with her manager, Heidi, and they agreed a "paid-in-full" letter from the previous apartment would be sufficient

I’ve been living at these townhomes for two years now, and I have to say, Enrique is the main reason we continue to call this place home. He is incredibly professional, always responsive, and genuinely cares about the community, the units, and the landscape. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and it's refreshing to see someone so dedicated to maintaining a clean and wonderful place to live. Of all of the places we have stayed, we’ve never had anyone like him before—he’s truly a gem! The quality of service he provides makes all the difference, and we’re beyond grateful to have him here. Highly recommend!
