Enclave on Woodbridge Apartment Homes

I’m so grateful for the maintenance team here. They stay on top of everything. Antoine and Jeff make’s you feel as part of the family community. They will work with you to fix the problem. When you put in a work order they get it done on time. It’s not like other maintenance people where they don’t talk to you or half step it. Antoine will personally ask how your day going etc. And that makes me happy. The office team members are awesome, always making everyone feel at home. It’s peaceful living here. The only thing I would change is parking. I really think they should have visitor parking and the number on the ground for the apartment number. But other than that I’m happy with everything else.

Antoine was absolutely phenomenal! I submitted a work order the night before, and he arrived the very next day ready to tackle everything. He handled multiple repairs quickly and efficiently, and even helped with a few “wish list” items I didn’t realize were possible. He went above and beyond — remounting the blinds, addressing items that weren’t even included in my original request, and making sure everything was done properly. Antoine is professional, kind, incredibly fast, and truly thinks outside the box . I would highly recommend his work to anyone. Thank you, Antoine, for making my month!

I’ve been here since 2016 and Enclave didn’t look this good back then. Since Enclave has got a new maintenance team there have been a lot of changes. The dumper area is always clean now, trash is picked up around the apartments and work orders are getting done. The Maintenance team is great. Antoine and Jeff are very hepful. Also the front office has a wonderful team as well. Alicia and Mrs Jenn is always willing to help you out when you need it. Enclave has came a long way and I can say now these apartments look very nice with a good maintenance team and a good front office team.

Antoine is the best! I am a 66 yr old woman. I asked him if he could help me move my king size mattress because the carpet cleaning people were coming. He had no problem helping me and was very kind and courteous.

My disabled sister is a resident of this property. Antwan and his Maintenance Department are professional and take care of any and all of my sister issues in a timely manner. The property Manager and her Office assistant Aleshia are friendly and very helpful with her administrative issues
